1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 35 bd online casino and sports betting platform, available at 35-bd.app ("the Platform", "35 bd", "we", "us", "our"). 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

3.2 One Account Per Player

Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, email addresses, or device configurations — are strictly prohibited. Where 35 bd detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bets, bonuses, or winnings accrued across those accounts.

Before processing your first withdrawal — or at any point where the Platform reasonably requires it — you may be asked to submit documents verifying your identity, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents typically include a national ID card, passport, driver's licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used (e.g., bKash or Nagad account confirmation). 5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

35 bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the applicable wagering requirement, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be removed from the player's account. Deposits made in connection with a bonus offer that has been subsequently withdrawn will not be affected.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.3 Prohibited Practices

7. Account Suspension & Closure

35 bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, without advance notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, use of the Platform by an ineligible person, or any conduct that poses a risk to the Platform, its players, or its operations.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 35 bd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 35 bd will process the request within 2 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, net of any applicable wagering obligations on active bonuses. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 35 bd may apply an administration fee to dormant accounts after this threshold is reached, provided the account balance has fallen to zero. Accounts with a positive balance will not be subject to dormancy fees but may be flagged for review. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team.

7.3 Consequences of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether player-initiated or Platform-initiated — all access to the 35 bd Platform will be revoked. Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the point of closure will be void. Where a Platform-initiated closure is a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, 35 bd reserves the right to retain all funds in the account pending investigation.
